As a medical care member -Nurse, Physician or Pharmacist- TAPTYPE empowers you in the patient intake process through multiple methods.
The first method is “Share Questionnaire,” which allows you to initiate the patient’s note, select & send the note questions to be answered remotely by the patient before the patient’s in person or virtual visit. Here’s how:
Create a new note for your patient, then add the patient’s age/gender.
Copy the note ID for future reference, then start the note.
From the “Select System/Cases” side menu, you’ll find all medical cases already set up for you. Choose the one that’s relevant to your patient.
From the note’s right-side menu, generate the questionnaire’s link and select all the questions you want to include. You’ll automatically have the link generated with its OTP, and all you need to do is send them to your patient.
After receiving the questionnaire’s link, the patient can access it with the generated OTP and start answering the questionnaire.
After they complete it, they’ll have a note ID, which they’ll need to keep for their in-person or virtual visit.
The answered note will be listed in your dashboard, highlighted in blue with the “Answered” tag & ready for you to review & complete.
Once the note is complete, you may copy the output in paragraph format to include in your patient’s electronic medical record.
