As a medical care member -Nurse, Physician or Pharmacist- TAPTYPE empowers you in the patient intake process through multiple methods.
The “Terminal Access” add-on is the second method for your patient’s intake done inside your clinic or pharmacy till the patient’s turn comes. Here’s how:
Log in to your TAPTYPE account – as an account holder- and choose “Terminal Access.”
Create a new terminal access for your clinic/pharmacy and log in using it on the device that the patients will use. You can open the terminal account on one device at a time.
As the patients arrive, they can start their own note from the available device, select their age, gender, and medical case they are complaining about, and fill out the questionnaire.
After they complete it, they’ll have a note ID, which they’ll need to keep for their turn.
The answered note will be listed in your dashboard, highlighted in blue with the “Answered” tag & ready for you to review & complete.
Once the note is complete, you may copy the output in paragraph format to include in your patient’s electronic medical record.
